Corrugated
We have multiple Jumbo Press machines and converting tables that help us build single-wall, double-wall, and triple-wall packaging.
Jumbo Press
- Our 1st Jumbo Press works with 98" width, any length. It has 2 die-cut sections and 3 print drums.
- Our 2nd Jumbo Press works with 86" x 202". It has 2-color printing and a rotary die-cut section.
- Both run single-wall, double-wall, and triple-wall.
Kimla Cutting Table
Size: 1" x 1" minimum, 82" x 124" maximum.
Flatbed Diecutter
Size: 75" x 100".
Kongsberg CAD Table
Size: 84" x 120".
Some other tools we use are:
Various Gluers, Potdevins, Banders, Stretch wrappers, Staple guns, and Nail guns.
Foam
We use a Smartpress, Hot Plates, Wire Cutters, and a Waterjet to cut, shape, and finish several types of foam.

Wardjet Waterjet
Waterjet cutting for detailed foam shapes.
Latmax Wire Cutter
Wire cutting in PE, XLPE, and PU foam.

Heat bonding for built-up foam parts.

We use Routers, Beam saws, a large-format printer, and a custom paint booth to build crates, boxes, and pallets.
